Our Story

Brought to you by Sara Quinteros and Chef Reid Shilling, the team behind

Shilling Canning Company, Cowbell brings a bit of dockside nostalgia to Union

Market. We’re serving freshly shucked oysters on ice, Baltimore-style crab

cakes, and crispy fried chicken done right. Cold beer, crisp wine, and a pop of champagne keep things relaxed and a little celebratory.

 

Cowbell is built on a simple belief: a great meal starts with care for the

ingredients and the people who bring them to the table. That connection
